A tiny light of joy twinkled years ago
More flared and shone as years went by
Then dimmed in shadowed scarcity
Never good enough
Never right enough

Another light twinkled strong and bright
Last Friday night ~ not years ago
Brilliance and vitality shone with friends around
Now is enough
