Money Well Spent

There needs to be a theme to spending money!

A focus, a reason, some rhyme.

There’s food for the table
that’s under my roof
that shelters body and soul.

The problem is that the theme that I choose is not necessarily aligned with the stores!

So I make out a list and set out with a goal 

to purchase only what is needed this eve.

For today there’s success, my needs were quite small
and my lunch for tomorrow is made.
