finding a needle in a very large hay stack

until

one life, one outcome, one family, one friend

shows me that 

for a life to be lived

an outcome to become a stepping stone

one family to be honoured

one friend to be supported

the theme to call my own is

bundled in practiced nursing expertise

called withdrawal management

and passed on others still to learn - or relearn -

this most basic form of nursing care.
