Sleep ~ a key to brain health needing
quality
quantity
Awakening gently or
with sudden insistent noise
demanding instant alertness.
'Hurry up...you'll be late!'

Epilepsy doesn't respond well
to being jarred awake.
The effect? Not a seizure ~ necessarily ~ but
disconnection
discombobulation
irritation
before a day's busyness even begins.
